Vanessa is a lifestyle coach, presenter, Pilates coach, writer and mum of two boys. She has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and has appeared on the Morning Show and TVSN as a Pilates and fitness presenter, plus regularly writes for Greatist, Great Health Guide, Body & Soul, Core Magazine and Inside Fitness. 


As a young personal trainer running a successful Sydney-based business, she hit burnout and went through adrenal fatigue for two years. This shifted Vanessa's passion into helping people find balance and vitality through exercising smarter not harder. She has received an award for Innovation in Healthcare for her Pilates & Wellbeing program with Sydney Area Health and coaches clients around the world through her lifestyle programs.
