Mindset work is an important part of any type of transformation or change you're trying to create in your life, and recovery from chronic conditions, like adrenal fatigue, is no exception.

With that said, after doing mindset work personally for over two decades and using it with clients for the last decade, my perspective and strategies/tools have evolved and I can’t wait to share them with you today.

Mental and emotional stress is one of the four HPA axis stressors.

For those who are new to that term, HPA axis dysfunction it’s what we mean when we say adrenal fatigue and the HPA stands for Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal. In summary, mental and emotional stress is one of the main causes of adrenal fatigue.
