Refund and Return Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for purchasing from Happy Hormone Club! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our digital products and services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products, we typically do not offer refunds after the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we strive to make every customer experience positive. Therefore, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion or in the case where we explicitly share a satisfaction guarantee in our promotional material. For example “30 day love it or money back guarantee” is explicitly shared in promotional material at time of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, such as:

    • The product is defective or does not function as described.

    • You accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded or accessed it yet.

    • You are dissatisfied with the product and can provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.

  • Refunds will not be granted if:

    • You have already downloaded or accessed the product.

    • You are requesting a refund after the specified refund period has expired.

    • You do not provide a valid reason for your refund request.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@hyaf.ca with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment processor's policies.

Membership Termination

To cancel any reoccurring membership fee please e-mail info@hyaf.ca with at least 3 business days before your next billing date to request a cancellation. Refunds will not be given for past months or after your monthly fee has been processed so please manage your membership on at timely basis. We recommend noting your reoccurring billing date in your calendar so you are aware of when the charge will be processed and can make any desired changes accordingly.

Return Policy:

As digital products cannot be physically returned, there is no need to return the product to us. If you have received a refund for a digital product, please delete or destroy all copies of the product from your devices and storage accounts.
