I'm a holistic nutritionist, a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP) and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP). I'm also a stress management coach, adrenal fatigue survivor and the owner of Simply Nourished-- a lifestyle blog that's all about total body nourishment made easy.
To sum THINGS up in a nutshell, I'm on a mission to make healthy eating as simple and stress-free for people as possible.
When it comes to healing your adrenal fatigue, re-balancing your hormones, and reducing stress on the body, we can't deny nutrition is a fundamental building block on the road to recovery. I specialize in creating SIMPLE, delicious and super nutritious recipes that will help support and nourish the heck out of your adrenals.

What's my dish?
I know how stressful and hopeless it can feel when you feel stuck with your health issues. With the internet at our finger tips we are presented with so many “solutions” but with so many answers out there sometimes it is really hard to determine what one will work best for you.

My specialty is getting to know YOU and working with you to create the ultimate recovery nourishment plan, based on your unique needs.
I have extensive experience working with clients to help them repair their gut integrity, balance their hormones and live healthier lives. I'm also very well versed in working with natural herbs and supplements to help support your goals and to help you see and feel results, faster.
As a holistic nutritionist, I believe that health and wellness isn't just about food. Though my specialty is the food that you nourish your body with, I know and value highly the importance of the other things you nourish your body with too. Whether we're talking the thoughts you think, the supplements you take or the fun things in life that nourish your soul - they count! And whether I'm developing a recipe, writing a blog post, creating a program, or working with you directly, I always take these things into consideration.
When I was recovering from stage 3 adrenal fatigue and fibrocystic breast disease, food was crucial recovery tool and one that I was able to have some fun with in the process.
