a note for those struggling with auto-immunity or chronic inflammation:
The Reboot Diet Guide is a 3 Phase System. In some cases, I would recommend sticking to Phase 1 for 30 days instead of 10 days— and even longer if you are someone struggling with auto-immune conditions.
If there are foods that you react to on the "YES” list- AVOID THEM.
Knowing your sensitivities and trigger foods and removing them while you reset is extremely important.
